Pk Knorr Romaglio Pasta -- Sauce Mix (or simila

28 oz

Canned tomatoes -- crushed

2 tbsp

Lemon juice

1/4 tsp

Red chili pepper -- crushed

1/2 tsp

Dried basil

1/4 tsp

Dried marjoram

1/2 tsp

Black pepper
VEGETABLES

2 tbsp

Butter

1/2 lbs

Mushrooms -- halved

1 cup

Green peppers -- 1" squares

1 cup

Red peppers -- 1" squares

1/2 cup

Yellow onion -- 1" squares

1 lbs

Linguini -- cooked

1 lbs

Medium shrimp, cooked -- Peeled and deveined

 
Procedures
 
  1. Melt butter in 3-qt pan over medium heat.
  2. Add remaining sauce ingredients.
  3. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a large saute pan, melt 2 tb butter.
  5. Saute veggies about 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Ad to the sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
  7. When pasta is almost done, stir shrimp into sauce to heat through.
  8. Do not boil.
  9. Spoon shrimp primavera sauce over hot linguini.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan.
