All-pourpose flour

1 cup

Milk

1/4 tsp

Salt

1/4 cup

Sliced pimiento-stuffed Green olives

 
Procedures
 
  1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 30 secones at high).
  2. Add flour and blend to a smooth paste.
  3. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at high, or until thickened; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds.
  5. Yield: about 1 cup
