Middle Eastern Olive Salad

1 cup

black olive

1 cup

green olive

2 tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

ground cumin

1/4 tsp

chili powder

1 tsp

paprika

1

garlic clove juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp

parsley

 
Procedures
 
  1. Combine the olives in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the oil with the cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Pour the dressing over the olives and stir until they are well coated.
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
