Cheddar-olive tart

Eggs

1 1/2 cup

Cream

4 oz

Cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup

Sliced black olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepared tart shell(s)

 
Procedures
 
  1. You can either bake this in 1 large tart shell or 4 smaller ones.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Beat eggs lightly and mix in all other ingredients.
  4. Pour into prepared shell(s).
  5. Bake 30 minutes for a large shell, 20 minutes for smaller ones
