Eden Quinoa, rinsed

2/3 cup

Black olives, cut in half

2/3 cup

Green olives, cut in half

Red pepper -- cut into thin strips

Procedures
 
  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  2. Cool, then mix in remaining ingredients, adding ume vinegar last and seasoning to taste.
  3. Delicious as a salad or side dish.
