Blue Cheese Stuffed Black Olive Halves

garlic

cream cheese

Procedures
 
  1. Halve olives lengthwise and set aside.
  2. Combine basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor.
  3. With machine running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
  4. Process until thickened.
  5. Add blue cheese, cream cheese, and butter-mix well.
  6. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  7. Thin with half & half as needed to a piping consistency.
